Virtual Retreat Sept 29-30, 2012

We all need time to reflect.  For those with PTSD and attachment issues we also need embodied practices that directly address the unique concerns that come with entering the body.  We need to know that we can go into the body skillfully without getting lost in what feels overwhelming.

In fact, it’s possible to enter the body without getting caught in the distress there.

The Embodied Practices are a simple, practical way to do that in the Virtual Retreat September 29-30, 2012.

To try out one of the practices and to see if my style will work for you please feel to listen to the Six Sides of the Breath audio that’s free.  Scroll down the blog post to find the link.
