Becoming Safely Embodied Skills Course

One of the hardest things about healing trauma is the chaotic, crazy feelings, the disoriented experience of being in your own skin.

One of the greatest experiences is when you learn how to re-claim your body and feel the sense of calm, easy, contentment that can happen when you’ve tamed the traumatic activation.

The Becoming Safely Embodied Skills Course is a perfect way to do this.  Born out of a synthesis of meditation, yoga, and good trauma treatment they’re now taught throughout the world.
